These action scenes look exciting and all, but how can these even come CLOSE to the Battle Of The Cheetos?

Bitchin'.

@RT100: It's probably got more to do with the fact that this is streaming video, which has been posted on a high traffic site.

@shimanopower: My opinion is based on working for 15 years in the industry of software & UI design. Version 1 of ANYTHING is always full of bugs. It is expected. It is planned for. It is known that in-house & beta testing only catch a percentage of these bugs, and user testing catches the rest.

@mac_fanatic: Yes, but "Retard" is politically incorrect these days.

@edge57: Aha...this is true. I have to agree with you there, well stated.

I've said it before, & I'll say it again...

There should be an integrated system that records all of the soldier's movements and micro-corrections to help "teach" robots how to better navigate rough terrain...

As a professional UI designer, I have to agree that the software graphics look clunky and amateurish. I'm sure that whoever developed this interface is a second-string team, relying on overworked design elements from the 90's (embossed bevels, sphere gradients, heavy shadowing etc.)

Although, I guess it's better than how I remember him in the old comics...and I had the dumb looking picture to prove it, but the image upload failed...Odin the all powerful is exerting his will on the Giz servers Methinks.

Wow...that EyePatch looks like a hunk of ghetto bling that got run over by a dump truck...

@Wibble: Get your ass to Cupertino.

That just dissolved the lingering pain of every awkward high-five I have experienced in my lifetime.

Apple tries their best to make PERFECT products, and over the past 2 years they have even tried ratcheting their prices down to all but eliminate the old "Apple Tax" of years past.

A brilliant idea...poorly executed...

Hmm...I like it. I was worried at first that they were going to cast a tweeney bopper "Tiger Beat" cover boy...but this guy is just geeky looking enough to make a convincing Peter Parker.

@ClioAames: WHo have you cast for Roland? I imagined a younger Clint Eastwood while reading the books, but am now thinking that Guy Pearce could pull it off.

Hey Microsoft:

Just make a DARK TOWER movie, IT's been done already. Geez.
