I was a Mets/Blue Jays game last year at Shea, and there were a ton of Jays fans. I started to hear USA chants and could not understand why.

When I realized it was because we were playing a bunch of Americans that happen to play half their games in Toronto, I did the only thing that I could. I led the next chant.
