the gunplay was really downplayed in the first video they showed. I honestly didn't think it was such a major factor.

I guess from the first WD video there was, it was really downplayed. This video coupled with 'lolspider tank' just makes it seem so lowest common denominator. Don't worry about it, I'm sure my lost sale won't affect your enjoyment of the game.

No I think you misunderstand. I won't be leaving Kotaku, in fact I'll be posting in every Watch Dogs related article from now on, searching for your comments so I can repeat how much I dislike the direction the game has taken in reply to every. single. one. I look forward to working with you ;-)

I've not really looked at any videos since the initial preview. I thought it was going to be about hacking and fairly unique with very little gunplay, but now I see its GTA: Ubisoft edition.

Between this and the fact the player throws a grenade and does some cover-gunning at the start of the video, I've totally lost interest in this game.

The fact there is multiplayer at all in this game should be ringing alarm bells.

Subtext: Tom Cruise is secretly an Arab.

So, does anyone think it's time to change the catch-all 'Disney Princess' to 'Disney Heroine'? They aren't all royalty, after all.

I'll wait patiently while Gawker leads the charge being as they arguably post the most Disney-related articles online next to buzzfeed.

I don't really have a problem with simplification as long as it doesn't mean the loss of actual content. Complexity should not be equated to depth, after all. However I haven't played since Cata because I just exhausted whatever it is I got out of it to begin with. It was while trying to get the gold together for the

It looks like the ship properly in the second shot, but why did he decide to 'Firefly' the bridge? It should be level with the rest of the hull.

Yeah, I think people are mistaking pack instinct for dumb.

Even as a child, I had better taste. My formative games were Wasteland and Elite, while I turned my nose up at tripe like Mario, Sonic, Zelda and Final Fantasy.

You need me to tell you the obvious? OK:

Nordic will do something with the IP. Hopefully Strife and Fury will get their own games first. After all, what good is an IP if you can't milk it?

Common sense doesn't mean you're right and everyone who disagrees with you is wrong, you know.

I still dream of Nintendo leaving the home-console market, keeping the hand-held, but changing their big hitters to a PC digital market place of their own. Sure, Sony and Xbox can get some breadcrumbs too I guess.

But cutting that would get rid of the structure that people (me for a start), enjoy. Just because a style of play is used a lot doesn't mean it needs changing. Sports don't change their rules every season. It's a common game mechanic for Metroid as well. People call it 'metroidvania', when it actually should be

Maybe if they ever get to make another Darksiders game you'll get to play Fury:

Why do you insist in these articles saying 'realistic' when what you mean is 'different'?
