Castor claims his decision was because he was sure he couldn’t get a conviction based on the evidence, so a non-prosecution agreement allowed a civil trial to go forward and force Cosby to testify. Given that his decision was pre Me-Too, he might have been right about that.

From what I understand, it operates the same way except it doesn’t make a chime when cruise is engaged with the first click of the stalk. It did chime after the second click of the stalk to engage AP. The big “safety recall” that the media is flipping out about is to push a software version that adds the chime. That’s

It really annoys me how many people misinterpreted that. I wasn’t a huge fan of the show, but it was crystal clear to me in the last episode that they were dead in the flash-sideways, and that the whole island experience was real. Not sure how everyone else apparently missed that.

Lost fans called it on the passengers being dead and the island being “purgatory” something like the last half of season one? Boy the producers really hated that doing their best to squash that discussion.

But they weren’t dead, and the island wasn’t purgatory. The flash sideways in S6 was set in the characters’ shared afterlives (and was a misstep, for sure), but the main island storyline had nothing to do with that.

Holy Shit, HOW IS IT WORSE?!

Not to mention Oahu has 3 yes THREE Interstate Highways! Why people don’t drive there is beyond me! H1 here I come!

Strippers, who are predominantly Black and brown women and LGBTQIA, elevated pole dancing to an art because they survive on sex work,” former teacher Dwana White noted.

White folks kill me with their self-appointed and unwanted deputization of unknown authority. I find it ironic that they wanted to protect the children but then used words that they probably don’t want their kids to use - hard to tell with them as they get cussed out by the kids starting usually around 6-7th grade. I

The main problem with the Dynetics design is that it literally doesn’t work. Yes, it looks good, and I was a fan of it too, until NASA actually checked the numbers themselves.

They’ve already bothered to add weights to the steering wheel, keep the belt buckled, and not open any doors in order to pull off this stunt. Adding a bag to the driver’s seat to trick the seat sensor is not going to stop anyone who has already done those other things.

Yaaaaaaawn.

I would argue that it DOES work as advertised. If the driver is doing what Tesla says is their responsibility, like staying in the seat with your seatbelt on, watching the road, and keeping your hands on the wheel, it works as intended.

I’m going to preface this with: I’m not a Tesla owner or a fanboy.

Now playing

This level of speed was only available to a few exotic owners just a decade ago, and now we have family cars that feature “ludicrous” speed. Which is aptly named, because that is indeed ludicrous speed.

This free update touches everything from how the car deploys its power, to charging, navigation and Apple CarPlay, so the trip to the garage makes sense.

Yeah, Tesla pushes new functionality like this (and more, frankly) via OTA update, weird that they require a visit to the dealership if they already have OTA capability on the cars.

David I’m surprised you got this article published since Jalopnik and the comments section has devolved into an Elon / Tesla hating circle jerk. When will you be leaving the site, on to better things, like everyone else?

Yep. This level was amazing .....and the game as a whole deserved better sales.
