This is geared towards governments and businesses. Hell, $500 just for the 24/7 VIP support is a good deal for those types of users. Have you seen what business connections cost?

1a. The steering wheel heater is a two step process. a. Press temperature number. b. press steering wheel picture.

1b. Steering wheel heating is NOWHERE near an important item. Plus it’s more a set it and forget it. I hate it, and turn it off. My wife loves it and leaves it on. I’ve never adjusted it while driving.
