Thats actually the progression. As we get the newer console, the older one gets sent upstairs. Right now we have a Xbox One X downstairs and a OG xbox One upstairs.

I’m thinking of the Series S as a 2nd console for my kids upstairs. The TV up there is an older 1080p, and I have no plan to upgrade that TV any time soon. So, a lot of the power of Series X will be wasted.
