Good call. Everything, from the cars to the hats the detectives wore were a throwback to the 50-60's.

"...and there are also some fantastic aircraft, including one inspired by the classic Northrop "Flying Wing" design"

This happens, while not regularly, often enough in the military. Every time you change commands (about every 3-4 years), you are supposed to update your beneficiary data. And every time I have done that, I have gotten a lecture about if I get divorced...make sure I update the data.

It's not affecting the radios, but maybe your headsets. Your amp may be going bad. I fly E-2s and the radar makes a beep in my helmet when my amp starts to wear out.

Piedmont_Bob:

Cell phone towers can only handle a few calls at a time. That's usually ok, because a phone on the ground only has line of site to a few towers at any one time. As the phone moves, that phone's slot is moved to different towers, freeing up a slot for another phone.

I know that this won't even be posted due to me not having a star, but...

Just re-watched the spider man films with the boys. Boy they really haven't held up well. The CGI is VERY noticeable. To the point where the transition between CGI and live action is pretty jarring. And Tobi MacGuire is soooo annoying in these movies...ugh.

Sexual Assault cases are handled pretty much outside the chain of command. Plus, an OPREP-3 message has to be released almost immediately whenever an accusation is made. An OPREP-3 goes throughout the whole Navy and all the way to SecDef. The consequences for not sending out a message, and then having the case

Chubmaniac. I'm with you. I've been a military officer for 15 years and was at the Naval Academy for 4 additional years. In 19 years, every single sexual assault incident I knew of became a big deal and resulted in a high level investigation. Every single one. I can only think of a couple that didn't result in

Rockets are unguided. Once you put a guidance package on it, it is a missile. So technically, almost all space "rockets" are missiles.

1st of all, according to the 1967 Outer Space Treaty...of which the U.S. is a signatory...every country has the right to the peaceful use and exploration of space. Unless we knew the rocket had an actual warhead, IT WOULD BE A VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW TO INTERFERE IN ANY WAY WITH THE

I'm actually am assigned to a Tomahawk command right now. (And was part of a Strategic Policy Research Group that focused on strategic weapons). We do not have any more TLAM-A's in the inventory. TLAM-A's were considered a strategic weapon and not a tactical weapon by the way.

Alixana, I've played all three...so I hope these answers help.

Actually, my 2000 warhead number includes all strategic weapons which include all ICBMs, SLBMs (submarine), and air launched cruise missiles.

Whoaa there. The U.S. is down to under 2000 deployable thermonuclear warheads and Russia is fairly close to that number. All the other nuclear countries combined have less than 1000. And these are fairly small bombs...mostly in the 480 kt range.

I went to early afternoon show with my wife and two boys. Considering all negative press, I kind of just meandered in right before the show. Holy cow! the place was packed. The only 4 seats we could find together were in the second row from the front.

I think it's awesome that he's using a lightpen and drawing on the computer at 73. You have to really expect an artist...that is already a master in his/her field...that is willing to keep evolving. Bravo Moebius, you'll be missed.

I'm pretty sure that was done on purpose.

There's a bunch of open source hacks that allow you to play the game on Win 7. I won't lie, it does take a bit of effort though.
