I disagree about the Internet porn. If I'm a porn mogul, I'm doing everything I can to keep the overhead down. I'd use an old warehouse and a few cheap props before I'd rent a hotel room. And if I must use a hotel room, I'll use a cheap Motel 6 instead of a fancy expensive place.
