I love that you would have had none of that nonsense in your presence, as I feel we are kindred spirits. I would have shut down production if he fixed his mouth to call me disgusting.

I notice you repeatedly mention African American. Have you thought of doing a casting search outside the U.S., such as Canada, Sweden,

I like when theater or films do that. Lous CK cast a black woman to play his ex-wife even though the children he'd cast since Season 1 were clearly white. His reason was simple. She read for the role, and she did a really great job. It was a bit confusing at first, but eventually, I got used to it.

I binge-watched the entire first season over the weekend, and it made me so happy for the following reasons:

1.) Abbi loves BB&B and especially the printed coupons. When she found out her roommate threw out the printed coupons because he thought they were expired, it was like she found out all her savings were lost in

Everyone loves who they love, but there's a fine line between preference and pathology. This stuff doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I'm a black woman (a pretty good lookin' one if I do say so myself). And I always get checked out by the black guy dating his non-black girlfriend. But I don't let it get to me.

He just blows me away. He could have just stuck with stand-up and been okay. He could have just done acting and been okay. He could have just been a rapper and been okay. But he does all of these very well. A lot of people try to do this, and cannot. Plus, when he's wrong, he learns and tries better next time. LURVE

She's so drab, she makes Kristen Stewart look like Jennifer Lopez.

Extra points for using a Daily Show gif instead of any random shade gif.

Correct.

Not to be a downer, 'cause we're in complete agreement. Can we please stop perpetuating the myth of bra burning on a feminist website? That actually never happened, and bra burning continues to be shorthand for irrational, extremist feminism.

Tha WHOLE damn system!

Aside from the Oscar win, she's been in the game since the mid-'90s and has proven herself to be a solid, consistent performer, across multiple genre's,even in movies that fail. She's a box office draw. Even I'm excited to see her in the new Mad Max movie, just because of the shaven-head/half-head tattoo business.

So I binge-watched this on Netflix over the holiday break because 1.) I like the movie, and 2.) I don't have cable. The show is a combination of The Newsroom, and The Good Wife. This show would be right at home on CBS. But because it's on BET, it's set to another standard. And as I watched all eight episodes, and

Unemployed Women Being Cared For By Employed Brown Woman (not pictured)

You sound level-headed and calm. Get off the internet before it destroys you.

Anyone who has ever walked into a Wet Seal would never get, "Armani, white, blond hair and blue eyes." That has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. And since when do you see glittered haltered tops and polyester purses, and think "Armani?"

I just look forward to seeing these Henson and Howard paired in this role, on this end of the hip-hop spectrum compared to their pairing in Hustle & Flow, on the other end of the spectrum.

Often actors of color who play villains are set to another standard than if a villain is white or perceived as white. The best

Odd how you come to this website to reveal something personal about yourself (losing your virginity), yet you came trolling after me about something personal on a completely unrelated post.

This is a basic recipe for lasagna. Yet, you see this as an opportunity to bother someone on the Internet. I'm not even annoyed. I just pity you. Especially because you think you matter, and I'm scared of you. No, prepare to be dismissed.

It's not gangsta to suffer from headaches, bloating, vomiting, and cramps—for a meal.
It's also not gangsta to troll.

Betcha they do it in France. If so, where's racist, anti-Muslim Brigitte Bardot's assistant?
Oh well, nevermind.
