I pre-ordered my original DS. My local independent managed to get me one from Japan about 6 months before UK release. I was GOD to my friends for 6 months. I swapped my original fat silver DS for a boxed ZX Spectrum+. At the time it was a good deal. I had a Lite, I was happy. Now I miss it :(
