Handbrake can't, it doesn't bypass any DRM to my understanding. MakeMKV, however, can.

You can actually use a bootloader to do that. Be aware of the fact that even a bootloader can be compromised as well, unless you store it on an optical disk or any other non-rewritable medium.
@Dave Myers: Many phishing sites are the domains that have typos in them. For instance if I wanted to go to Paypal but I typed Pyapal.com instead of PayPal.com. This way I could be transfered to a phishing site instead of the real one and get scammed. (this is not the case in this example btw)
