My first thought is who supplied the electric bits, Lucas The Prince of Darkness or Smith :(

Even in places where a gas station attendant pumps your gas things go wrong. My ex sister-in-law had diesel fuel pumped into her Olds convertible :(
Not just Jiffy, I was at a light and saw a car come out of a tire store, the car made the turn, the right front wheel went straight.
Not one business has wished me a Happy Honda either but since they track our spending they already know I’m a Mazda man.
Nothing new, when I was working for Chevy in Trenton, NJ in the late 60's we had one roll up that I first thought was a Canadian build. The owner had been in an Italian auto parts store and there you could pick out the script, they layed it in sand and cast on the spot whatever badge you wanted.
Or drive an old VW bus, no temp control, just warm air out of some vents, cold air out of others ;(
No, now that Porsche’s are water cooled they have heaters that actually blow hot air :)
When I was growing up in Bustleton the guy with the ARCO station wouldn’t sell gas to a guy with a Commie car, now Bustleton and Somerton sound like Moscow.
Because @ 88 mph the flux would jump you back in time and then it would be a SAAB with a turbo
Had a co-worker with a limited edition Mustang, lost control, Traction Control kicked in as he corrected and wrecked it :( No Cars and Coffee required and no video on the internet. Me I did all that stupid stuff before the internet so no record exist :)
Shouldn’t that be China now?
We were watching TV and someone onscreen said Alexa, she turned on :( I’m glad they didn’t order anything!
My senior neighborhood needs self driving cars but the maps are wrong, there are roads that are not on the map and paper roads a former mayor got paid to pave but are still woods.
That bowl was an option for my 67 GT-350 plus it made the connection to the hood scoop. Yes a salad bowl would have been cheaper than the spun aluminum one from Shelby :)
I can see this for seniors who don’t seem to remember how to drive their Buick’s, Camary and Accords anymore but I’m not ready to give up my keys yet. Okay I’m the same age as when I had to take my fathers keys, he didn’t see his driving getting worse because of the meds that thankfully I’m not taking.
My 1st wife had a beautiful VW Karmann Ghia coupe that used more voltage starting than she generated driving to work so every few days the wimpy 6v battery needed help.
At first glance I thought that was a rebadged VW Jetta.
There is another one a little farther north in Monmonth County that probably caused a few 911 calls too. A body pinned under the right front wheel of a Ford pick-up with the jack next to it. Found On Road Dead?
That’s what got me when I 1st saw this story, the rig is still up and the main sail is furled so we don’t know it’s condition. There are so many ways to tie off the jib or storm sail to that rig or pole to get underway. It sounds like they are all novice sailors :(
My home is 10 miles from the post office so it would need at least 36 mile range or they could just park them behind the PO annex 2 miles away and truck the mail there
