They’ve been waiting nearly 13 years, after all.
“Complemented”, not “complimented”.
I remember 20 years ago when “Square” meant “quality”. I miss those days.
Dang, too late to edit. Sorry for misspelling your name, Cecilia.
She’s counting Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard as distinct characters, whereas Nintendo usually doesn’t.
Where did Cecelia say that it’s worse than Smash 4's single-player modes? I didn’t see that in the article. Maybe she disliked those even more.
I agree, though I’d love to hear a second opinion on World of Light from someone who isn’t a hyper-competitive player.
So, I got Wonder Boy and the Dragon’s Trap and just couldn’t handle it. The art was nice but the gameplay itself was just really tedious. Is there any chance I’ll like Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, or is it more of the same? By that I guess I mean, is the level design actually well done?
Great to see Kingdom Builder getting some love. However, “victory conditions” are not unique to each player. The ways to score victory points change from game to game, but they don’t differ between players within a single game.

Ah, thanks. That’s…unfortunate. If I play it again, I don’t want to have to start by beating the last boss.
So uh, how do I activate this new mode? How can I tell whether I have 100%, for that matter? I’ve gotten all the green seals and beaten the game, but I’m not seeing the New Game Plus option anywhere.
An important note: Although it “goes on sale” on December 7, they can’t possibly deliver until February 15, since that’s when at least three of those amiibo (Ice Climbers, King K. Rool, Piranha Plant) will be available for the first time.
“Reins”, not “reigns”.
Well, that explains how horrifying all the Pokemon in the movie look.
I’m torn here. On the one hand, if they know the lineup, they should tell us since it could influence our decision whether to buy their season pass. On the other hand, it would be sad to ruin the surprises.
I think it’s a new animation for his forward smash. I believe they’re trying to make his animations look more like the source material across the board, which is good in general but bad in this specific instance. I’m glad they’re removing the racist imagery.
My son is now 5 and calls everything by it’s correct name, but a few years ago that wasn’t so. Wind Waker HD was “Boat Zelda”, whereas Twilight Princess HD was “Horse Zelda”.
“Spirits map”? I don’t think Spirits has a map. Are you talking about the separate Adventure mode they announced at the end?
There’s just no pleasing some people.
