Don't you remember being in high school? Everyone is very concerned about how they look and how they are perceived by others. That is where the kids are at, developmentally. They could be the busiest people in the world but will still get up 1.5 hours before school to look perfect for it.

Do you ever notice that dress code stuff is always targeted at the females, too? I doubt there is much (if anything) in the rules about what boys can and cannot wear.

Me too. And when it was really uncomplicated. Although, I guess I would have been sad to lose my facebook when I graduated, but I would probably be better off without it in the long run anyway.
