The bf and I were watching South Africa's Sexpo on TV the other day. There was this woman with the craziest abs I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I could not find a photo, but I imagine that pole dancing is a helluva workout!

When I work out I gain weight. But exercising is not about losing weight for me, it is about being fit and healthy. Both my parents have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, so I know that I need to work out to try to allay these problems. I think that being fit makes me feel good.

Don't a lot of elementary schools do this? The school I went to had o-g-s-u-n (I think that was the order). Maybe it's a little strange for a high school, but surely this idea is not unheard of.
