Yeah, that post is a bit dumb, though, because she didn’t just touch his arm - she grabbed his arm and didn’t let go, preventing him from leaving. At one point she also shoves him lightly. It’s not a touch on the arm like you’d do when you’re in a heated convo with someone, it’s more than that.
