Can we talk about how Juliette Lewis has wound herself back to her teenage years? She looks fantastic!

THIS. WHAT DIMENTION IS SHE IN

It looks like someone cut a pizza slice out of her...?

I love Kerry but this is horribly, horribly unflattering. It hits her at the widest part of her tummy and makes her look like a barrel. The Golden Globes gown was so much more on point!

My head can not wrap itself around what is happening here.

The detail on this is stunning!

Though sometimes, in trying to do "classic" in order to avoid dated-looking wedding photos, you just wind up with boring and standard. I love wedding photos from the 70s in all their hippie goodness. I don't think, "Ugh, empire waist? WTF?"

90's me is very jealous of you. I actually still kind of like that dress now. Is that bad?

The one thing that I do like about 90s is that minimalism was very in, so it is all very classic-leaning. I should probably add, mid to late 90s, early 90s were a weird extension of the 80s. I'm thinking Carolyn Bessette in 1996. Classic and as gorgeous today as it was then.

One of my guilty pleasures is watching "Say Yes to the Dress", and the crazed brides to be who think that spending five figures on a hooker gown is the thing to do.

Those are the tackiest dresses known to man.

I love to hate on it.

I *HATE* this trend.

Heh. "Visible boning."

This isn't reserved for wedding dresses. I work at a formalwear store, and we got this lovely prom dress in this month.

If I see another person on Say Yes to the Dress spend $20,000+ on one of these monstrosities I'll fucking scream.

When will the cowboy boot wedding trend die already? Sorry, but unless you grew up on an actual ranch and/or are riding a horse down the aisle, it's just not as cute as you think it is.

Still classier than the see-through corset tops with visible boning. *shudder*

FWIW, the dress pictured was one of the finale dresses at a runway show. The finale dresses (which often have a "wow" factor so editors remember them) are generally toned down when they're marketed to the public. In this case, the dress was modified to a tank top.

I'd love something like this as well. I mean 'crop top' does sound incredibly silly, but this is so pretty, and arguably more forgiving on some figures than ye olde strapless ballgown.
