I think you are mistaking media coverage and "visibility" with what the people actually want.
If the majority of citizens of the state didn't want it, they wouldn't have voted it in effect.

I'm not shocked. Part of me wonders if the reason for restricting contraceptives is to prevent women from having safe and healthy sex lives (without shame.)
Then again, nobody would be that intentionally malicious... right?

Put thread spool inside container, pull one end of thread through hole in cap= no-tangle travel thread case! (you can also keep needles in there if the container is big enough)

I concur. Which is why I did a lot of research to ensure there was at least a 75-80% chance I was going to double my salary before I started on my MPH.

Thank you for suggesting this women look at less-"strict" *coughhatefulcough* sects of her religion. As horrible as some religions are, people shouldn't be hated because of their beliefs.

Yup. I once rented a room from a crazy religious lady who informed me (after the fact) that I couldn't have ANY male friends over, despite the fact that I was a single virgin at the time. Please note that it was 2 male friends in the common area of the house when homeowner's boyfriend was upstairs. I was not banging

Meh. My boyfriend does this because he's not used to sleeping with people (I'm the first gf he's spent the night with.) At first I hated it, but now I love being his jetpack.

I wouldn't say it's an entitlement so much as a delusion.

It's not about the question, but the way it's asked.

I disagree. You, as a friend, should treat your friend with decency and respect. By accusing them of being a "jerk" you are disrespecting them. They have every right to blow up at you.

IMO it depends on what you want to do and when you entered the workforce.
If you want to do something in a field that requires talent over education, a degree isn't necessarily necessary. However if you want to enter a specialized workforce without a lot of experience, it'll be hard to start with a high paying job.

Hopefully they can combine this idea with the technology of those "smart chat" programs (for the life of me I can't remember any of their names) {smartchild, chatbot, idk}

Didn't think to do that. My bad.

Thanks for pointing that out! I didn't look at the link in the article (my fault, and a beginners mistake.)

Without something to support the rest of the device, wouldn't this put extra strain on the charging port?

Cool! Thank you so much for the advice. :)

Same boat here. Gotta love poverty-induced frugality. :)

Yeah. The only major improvements I had when I got a much better job was to move into a 1 bedroom and to start eating healthier (fresh fruits and veggies.)

I completely agree. My favorite pair of earbuds retail for $20, but cost $6 on Amazon. But a little bit of research does go a long way.

Most of my jobs didn't have brief written descriptions. I've had to rephrase and re-write my job descriptions for my resume. (Even when it was brief, it never covered ALL of the important stuff.)
So I'm guessing your answer was "that person didn't copy/paste their resume, but did copy/paste HR's description."
