Honestly, what you are doing is awesome.
You are showing your kids excellent prioritization and time management skills. When they get old enough to see that one family member doesn't *have* to give up their career to raise a family, they'll hopefully dream big.
Keep up the good work.

(P.S. by having others help out

As someone who had a SAHM and was homeschooled until college I can say that I wish my mom had given us to the "community" more. We missed out on a lot of socialization because we lived in a somewhat rural area.

So they copy-pasted their resume into their profile?
(I'm new at LinkedIn so I have no idea if this is good or bad)

If he wants earbuds, I've found that Coosh brand ones are a great bang for your buck.

LOL I have the opposite problem, if I don't make my eyes wide open it looks like they're closed.

Yeah... If I lived with my sig-o (or lived near coworkers who had the same schedule) I'd definitely carpool instead. It'd be cheaper.

Maybe I'm the odd one out, but I hate stubble when a guy's "down there."

I'd like to add to the first point that there's a difference between being "frugal" and "cheap". While $25,000 speakers don't sound any better than $5,000, the $50 speakers usually sound much better than the $10 ones.

Yup yup! It takes about 45-60 minutes to drive or take public transit to work. Which would equal at least 90 minutes on a bike (and I'm pretty fit.)

You win awesome points in my book. I'll have to try this the next time there are pictures. :)

Similar thing here. At first glance, I look like my mom did before she had kids. However upon further inspection, I look a lot like my dad (kinky/frizzy hair, LOTS of hair elsewhere, squarer jawline, less "tapered" arms and legs.)

Thanks for the suggestion. :)

Having regular exercise has definitely made an improvement in my happiness levels. So has sitting on the (mostly empty) beach for 15-20 minutes after a stressful day.

That's (hopefully) going to be my situation as well; until I was 24 I barely scraped by with a minimum wage job. Now I'm out of the poverty level, but don't have a TON of disposable income. Once I finish my master's degree my base salary should double of triple.

Just like you?

It's also available for Android!

Oh wow! Thanks for the tip. I once made the mistake of having a monster and 2 cups of coffee in 12 hours and felt like my heart was going to explode.

I think we got the same scores. Which is weird because while I'm "caring and honest" I've also been seen as "one of the guys" until very recently.

Anyone read Shortpacked!? This image reminds me of the recent comics with Robin's hallucinations.

How much caffeine do you need to ingest to OD?
