Yes, definitely. Typing notes is like a direct pathway from my ears to my fingers— completely bypassing my brain. When I write by hand, for whatever reason, the words actually have to pass through my brain and potentially stick there.

I love Barbara Kingsolver so much! One of my favorite essays of all time is her “High Tide in Tucson.” She does everything I wish I could do with words.

Definitely. I mostly wear leggings under fit and flare dresses, and I have gained and re-lost 25lbs in the past 2 years without having to alter my wardrobe at all! The only thing I’ve had to buy is new bras because those don’t stretch as much.
