Do not stare into the abyss, for the abyss gazes also into you.

Nooooooooo! We'd have the see the tongue flicking by at tremendous speed. Please have mercy!

I agree. I watched the video several times while writing this post and it didn't lose impact. It should never be easy to brush assault under the rug under the guie of humor.

This should be hard to look at. It's awful about how boys and men being raped and abuse can be a punchline. There is nothing worse than seeing someone make a disclosure and then to see everyone else laugh in response.

Who the fuck wants to be awake.

LOSERS.

I didn't notice because my pinterest has always been butts I'd like to craft some day.

Will these butts still hold my skillfully-arranged-to-look-messy wildflowers for my wedding reception centerpieces?!?

OMG I DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THE DECOUPAGE. OH GOD. WHO IS RESCUING ALL THE DECOUPAGE???

But now how will people see my repurposed vintage steampunk driftwood barn wood decoupage owl necklace and wiglet set?

I DID THE SAME THING. It was in my reader as something like "NATO pushes for more movie price discounts" and I was like "JESUS CHRIST MY CRAZY UNCLE WAS RIGHT ABOUT THEM TAKING OVER OUR LIVES."

My little cousin is getting married in a month and recently tagged all of her attendants in a facebook post about her "Wedding Party Biggest Loser" contest. Apparently she's rewarding the bridesmaid who loses the most weight by the wedding day.

I liked her and Red Shirt Guy

I think I made that exact face.

Yeah, I'm not really feeling it either. Mostly because...like, who is the audience for this? I am a feminist. My partner is a feminist. None of this stuff is anything either of us has ever had to articulate, because duh.

Hrmm... OK. Fine. But it rubs me the wrong way, like we need to be told to chill out. Like I expect a sign saying "I know when you tell me to smile you just want me to be reminded that happiness trumps unhappiness" followed by "When I tell you to smile, it's because you're beautiful when you do."

I don't know. My sister's husband's neighbor's wife got her kid a vaccine, and it gave their kid ebola. It's not really the same as autism, but if they can give a kid ebola, y'know?

I'm only letting my kids get organic vaccines just in case. Because it's my kids.

This is one of those passages that seems clever and quote worthy, but isn't really.
