There is no Evo in iRacing. I think that you're thinking of rFactor2, and I agree completely. iRacing is a different beast. The graphics aren't the best, no, (better than RF2 at least) but the racing, safety rating system, and physics more than make up for it.
iRacing pwns all of these.

That's failure to comply with standards. Revoting due to gross corruption would not trigger it. The issue though is it would basically limit only rich countries who already have significant infrastructure in the bidding due to time constraints.
