@kake81: I tow a 2300 lb race car. Add to it the 2200 lb trailer, plus parts, etc. and I need to realistically be able to tow at least 5000 lbs.

Nope. But only because my only use for a pickup (and really the only reason I have one as a secondary vehicle) is for towing, and a compact doesn't offer the capacity I need.
haha yeah, same announcers today. But the monster trucks still had steel bodies back then.
Buzz Aldrin's interview was definitely the most awkward part of the taping I attended, but guess that is kinda of expected when a comedian interviews an octogenarian space hero about cars.
Look at my airbag, my airbag's amazing.
@Arthur.Name: 300+ HP and a manual trans helps ;)
@Breamo: No, they're on the east coast.
@Arthur.Name: I have an '85 mid size LTD.
@walkerman5000: It's so ridiculous that they're giving it a waiver. Like it has any chance of finishing well anyway.
@Arthur.Name: No way, it could help you out.
I think I see a soiled bib.
This is a real bummer, but he still accomplished an amazing thing.
@Rob-Stercraw: hahahaha
@ReverendDexter: hah, a friend of mine always thought it was pussy cow too.
Didn't Loverman used to write for TTAC too? The auto blogging world is awfully incestuous.
@Breamo: I'm guessing you're open track testing this weekend? I need the time to finish our car for the Arse Freeze race and can't afford the time or money to pre-test.
@Breamo: Wow, I rented that same trailer from J three years ago for our first LeMons race and he gave me the third degree about it, and now he's allowing it to go to Mexico?
Passing in 3D!
@3rdgentaurusesarecool: No it is not. His $500 car is a sedan, this is a coupe.
