And again, I'm not arguing against that. I'm specifically talking about the fact that you can be "better" at something. Not how that makes you compare as a person to others.

That's not what I'm talking about. If the criteria is "who can jump higher", then the person who can jump higher is better at that. It doesn't mean they are a better "person", but they are definitely better at that specific activity.

You can be worse and better at things. That's a silly saying. If I can jump higher than you, I can jump higher, thus better, not different.
