There is abundant evidence in form of interviews both written and in video format of what was promised and not delivered. So yeah he kinda has a point, now we need to wait whether they will take him seriously.

Follow the link the article to the original report and then the one to the forum page that lists all that was promised and was not delivered. Compare what was said there to what you get when you finish the ending and you'll see the problems.
Id love to see this go forward just as to put some accountability into publishers and developers, which i feel keep promising too much and delivering too little. If this guy actually won (which he has pretty much no chance of) you would all have the right to go and return any game that you could prove that did not…
The same thing was said about Brown when he went to fight segregation... lot of changes can come from something we simply think as stupid.
Is not like i see his case going anywhere but for argument sake lets say it does and that some court actually agrees with him. Then is not 1 guy asking for a 60 bucks refund , you are creating a precedent that will allow everyone who bought the game to return it on that basis. Same for any other game in which the user…
I see Mass Effect 3 the same way and this is what drives my gaming mostly. I try to find stories and experiences that i know will not get done in movies or tv. The more a game reminds its a game the less i like it. For example i hated Skyrim because it lacks all Mass Effect is, it has terrible story , your character…
You know maybe im at fault for expecting too much. Is not like mass effect 1 and 2 had great endings either , yes they were practical but hardly fulfilling. Somehow the fact that the saga wasnt not done kept me hopping for an epic closing act, which we mostly got throught the whole game until they dropped the ball in…
of course i have a general idea of all the issues and their resolution, but i wanted a visual presentation of it. Its only fair to have some sort reward after so long. I mean was it too hard to show the geth and the quarian working together? some sort of memorial for Shepard? the krogan finally with a future? Was it…
Personally im not asking for new endings or for remakes im asking for them to be considerably extended, to the point they are able to give closure and provide some sort of explanation about what went on and how your final choice impacted the galaxy. The concept of the endings they made are fine and i actually find em…
My problem was not with the choice you got at the end , but how they played out , 2 min cut scene didn't cut it for the ending i was expecting. None of the endings give you closure. I wanted to see how did Shepard final choice impacted the galaxy and those that fought beside him, i want him to get recognition for his…
Spoilers do not bother me at all. I actually like to know whats going to happen , it builds to the excitement of seeing it play out. In game sometimes drives to push through a story weak section if i know it will get better later.
they just need to hire some Japanese animators for the sex scenes... they are kinda pros at it. Look hard enough and you'll know what i mean.
that not objective at all. You are allocating value in regard to your personal play style which might or might not be shared others. The fact that i got 30 hour of game play out of god of war 3 doesnt take away the fact that the game had pretty much 0 replay value and only lasted about 8 hours. That i chose to do the…
AC has a pretty lengthy campaign (quire repetitive though) while UC does not. I rather they would keep modes separate. Some games really do no require an mp mode that will be dead within a month of its release. Focus on making a good complete single player experience or a multiplayer one.
Is not that i dont take into account multiplayer, i know cod is a mp game and if you bought it for the campaign your are cheating yourself out of 60 bucks what i meant is that i cannot make mp a general indicator a game length as it would make popular mps very long games and those that no one play would be negligible…
20 hour would be godsend. Your average fps (of which there are far too many) is 6 hours only your are adventure game pushes the 12 hour mark and the rare rpg goes above the 20 hour mark.
i do complete games and all they offer as long as it its proper content , i don't do achievements that do not involve actual content. I do not take into account the MP as an indicator of length were i to do that i would have to say popular mp games like CoD are 1000 hour long games and they just have 5-6 hours…
I just finished the game and i felt the ending was well ... lame. Not because my choices got thrown out the window but because the absolutely lack of epicness of it. You get an extremely short cutscene, no aftermath no closure. The game builds up to a grand finale and then fails at delivering it entirely.
if only all 60 dollar games were 40 hour long, the truth is most are 6-8 hour long and thats why ive become increasingly picky with which game i buy. Im sorry but 6-8 hour long game is not worth it in my book i can just rent it and finish it in a weekend if the game seems interesting.
