Mother of god...

It’s actually a lot easier to make cars like this or the Pagani Huayra, than to do something like the Tesla Model 3. Small work force, you can build them in a little shop, rather than a big factory. The ROI is much simpler.

Putting aside the obvious conversation about the disproportionate amount of money owned by a small number of people... The Karma Revero does this.

Can’t unsee.

F1 stopped refueling because nobody was racing on track. It was better to manage your pace and push hard when your competitor/you had your refueling stops than it was to battle eachother and destroy your tires. No refueling keeps the action on track.

No way! Fast pit stops are fun!

Thanks for your insight!

I’m not sure there’s enough data to say that. We’ve had two races so far and three incidents (The two Haas cars, and Ferrari). Last year there were three unsafe release penalties, the year before that there were seven, and seven in 2015.

The commentary team speculated about what went wrong but they could have no clue about what it was.

I only drove one of the Toyobaru twins one time, but my take was that it wasn’t the power that I found disappointing, but the engine’s complete lack of character. Does that take hold up?

From the beginning? Sure, pal.

I also regret selling an S2000.

I think most cars do this to some extent. If the back end steps out big time on my factory S2000, I do this sometimes. When you have to quickly crank the steering a lot in the other direction, sometimes it’s easier to give it a little flick and let the car do the correcting.

This car has traction control. Current F1 cars do not. A current F1 car would likely beat this time, though, because it has more power and more downforce.

Oh god... The best ones are probably not for public consumption, but I took one of the Magnum PI Ferrari 308s to an event once. Bought a Hawaiian shirt for the occasion, because obviously I would.

I used to work for a car museum, and was supposed to do a driving event in the museum’s EB110. A couple of days before the big day, the mechanics discovered that the brakes were going out and I couldn’t drive it. That broke my heart.

Also, this whole string needs to be COTD.

PLEASE SOMEONE DO THIS!!!!

What makes it a con?

The difference is that this guy seems to be struggling to market himself. I don’t think that was ever a problem for Danica. She (or her agent, or whatever) seems to be a whiz at that.
