Again? He's done this before?
Now but we do make fun of WASPs.
Oh, but then he's just a mercenary. I mean, how dare he bring another town the joy of winning a championship? WHERE IS THE LOYALTY????
Peyton Manning is the only/best example I can think of where coach/team/system doesn't seem to matter. He is the sole difference. Any other examples?
What if LeBron goes to 2 or 3 other teams and wins championships? Wouldn't that actually be the greatest feat in sport/nba? How often in today's sports world can the best player in the league leave and make an instant impact? Hello Toronto.
It aint PC but he's not wrong either
Traditionally Arab cultures have not domesticated dogs, because they're haram. In China they're mainly bred for food. In the West they were domesticated as service and hunting animals; the whole "family pet" thing is a fairly recent development of industrialization. And I'm still waiting for your moral argument about…
While animal cruelty in general should be stamped out where possible, let's be completely real here: we're thinking through a Western cultural lens here when we sit here and case aspersions at East Asians for eating dogs.
I think it's much more weird to classify animals into "eat" and "do not eat" based on their perceived cuteness or suitability as pets.
Who's "we"? In many parts of the world, dogs have never been domesticated and are either treated as feral pests or (at best) bred for food. And "we" (I'm assuming you mean Westerners) didn't originally breed dogs to be our friends, "we" bred them to be service and hunting animals; the friendship thing is incidental…
There are approx 4million dogs and cats euthanised in the US every year. At least these guys are putting the dogs to good use.
Yeah, I really can't think of a moral argument that distinguishes killing a dog for meat from killing a cow, a pig or a chicken. You can't even argue they're killed with significantly more cruelty if you know anything about how industrialized meat is produced. At least the people in this festival have the balls to…
I don't have a particular problem with eating dog. Pigs are also lovely, sweet, smart animals and we eat them aaaalllll the time. The living conditions and cruelty is the greater problem. I feel that we consistently hear reports of animal cruelty out of China and I don't know what in their culture allows for animal…
I could never harm a dog for any reason other than self defense let alone kill and eat one. But the feeling we have for dogs Indians have an even stronger feeling for cows. There really isnt any difference. Food is food.
It's World Cup. Get off your high horse. It's the only reason anyone anywhere is watching soccer in The States.
Best Spanish goal call I've ever heard.
Wow, that is an epic call by the gentleman speaking Spanish. "Mamita querida que golazo!" and "OH MY...OH MY...OH MY GODDDDD!!!" Holy shit that is quality.
Who on Earth had/has this much trouble with FF8 to need the game's mechanics purposely broken?
