Sounds like Lego has no idea what kind of demographics they really have......
So, the first multiplayer experience to go big was competitive versus modes such as Quake and Starcraft. Next, were massively multiplayer rpg worlds as in Everquest. Following later was co-op à la Gears Horde Mode and Left4Dead. And now, it seems the only logical next step would be massive, persistent open-world games…
Oh good lord, the Japs have some of the most awkward and fakey porn out there. The only thing I find worse is the Latino porn, all their chicks do is say "oi, oi, oi" in a monotone voice while breathing in through their teeth. Egh. At least American and Euro chicks actually seem to try when they fake it....

If crunch time is caused by bad execution of pre-production, then what the hell are these developers doing? Pre-production is a crucial stage of most any other creative industry (movies, animation, hell even comic books), how could such a large industry be so ignorant of it's importance?

It was neat, didn't think it was great, but it works. Kinda hope they do something like this again with more energy/drama to it, this was more ambient.
