That’s called playing the game. If you’re gonna call those difficulty options then literally everything is and words have no meaning.

Every.Witcher.3.Quest.Dialogue.Ever:

That’s the crux of all this.

I’ve always prioritized mechanics over presentation so if a game has strong fundamentals, I don’t really care if the missions are half-assed. RAGE 2 absolutely has strong mechanics. It’s easily the best open-world shooter and beats the pants off of Far Cry and Borderlands when it comes to moving and shooting.

As someone who has loved the series since SR2, SR2022 is basically just... more Saints Row, and I am totally fine with that.

I feel like a lot of the people trashing it have some sort of rose-tinted memories of the older SR games, or expected them to continue the level of craziness in SR4/GOH even though they

It boggles my mind. A PC game is a PC game. Their platform is the giant box sitting on their desk but they like...refuse to buy PC games when a PC game becomes available to purchase and play for the PC, saying that they would rather it be released on the PC at a later date.

It’s....it’s mindboggling.

It’s how you assert dominance.

But Gamers told me that professional critics were all bought and would praise any “woke” game.

...do people really still care about EGS?

I wasn’t expecting much from this game, having previously expressed it looked like an identity crisis on the part of the developer and as a result probably wouldn’t be brilliant... but this being a studio I’ve long loved the games of (Summoner 2 being the first ever RPG I played and long-wanted a sequel to) it’s such

It’s understandable. SR as a series is highly divisive. It’s rare to find anyone that’s a fan of all of the games. Some people think SR2 was the peak, others think SR3, others SR4. Hell, some might even think SR1 was the best. It basically boils down to how much of a GTA clone you want it to be. I think GTA is boring,

Which is probably for the best considering Saints Row IV and its stand-alone expansion Saints Row: Gat out of Hell had the former-street-gang-turned-political-influencers face off against aliens in an Avengers: Endgame-type misadventure

Glad you kept mentioning Watch Dogs 2 because that’s also the vibe it gave to me.

I really wish they had made normal idle animations for dialogue and stuff. It’s really unsettling watching them in their fight poses having a casual conversation.

“The streaming on PS Now is so bad compared to xCloud...

I’m so baffled by how this “old games” discussion is anti-PS+ but not also anti-Gamepass. They both rely on their old games more than new ones.

Have you seen the GP list for this year? It’s a ton of “old” games. Of the actual new ones that I’d play, 1 is for PC and the other is coming to PS so why bother.

Sounds like a you problem. Never has the store crashed on me or any of my friends. Nor has it had any of the issues you listed.

The funny thing about your post is that it’s EXACTLY how I feel about game pass. I got it at launch of this gen, installed 50-60 games, played through quantum break, and other than trying a few games since then, I haven’tt used game pass at all except when I recently installed as dusk falls.

There’s also Game Pass focusing on growth rather than profits as they try to onboard players and developers.
