that particular cable IS a push/pull cable that has an inner sheathing, they are used when a linkage simply wont package. And im not saying the airflow through the TB is linear, Im saying that they have set up that lever arm so that the cable that pulls it (an pushes it) is not just moving along its intended path but

anyone else bothered by the non-linearity or the push/pull cable acting on the throttle linkage lever arm? why not use a disk style with a corresponding lever arm for the throttle bodies. Cables (push/pull particularly) love linearity, not to second guess McLaren engineers.....

I'm not as impressed as most of you... and maybe its just my OCD nature but most of those button head allens are not even in a parallel line not to mention a button head allen (when compared to a hex head) is an inherently weak fastener. All in all much better work than I could ever hope to accomplish... just not

I had my retired greyhound in the back of my 1993 accord coupe driving out to my parents house and as i exited the freeway on the offramp I can to the stop sign a little hot and had to apply more than standard brake force... meaning I got more then standard stopping deceleration. At that moment my dog was resting

soooo you picked that color then.... :/

This wasnt a test car. I was watching a clip on youtube from "drive" and whoever was doing it mentioned that Christian had a daily driver Tesla Model S and that to get to the test track he had to drive Christians personal car (said Tesla Model S)

As I recall his daily driver is a Tesla....

6.) Spoilers On Your Commuter Car Actually Do Something

I can recall two instances when it earned its stripes:

Agree X10, I have that EXACT car pictured with a manual and the previous owner put 16 in discount tire rims with Hankook ICEBears (which raised the care up and made it sit like an AMC Eagle) It was unstoppable in the snow and with a Yakima on top it was perfect for trips to ski resorts.

This thing looks..... like its from the set of the first terminator with a Daft Punk helmet on it, Putin has every right to be upset, Honda is building dancing robots, USA is building that freaky jumping DARPA dog and hes just over here with a movie prop on a full scale RC four wheeler

I don't understand what your talking about, a GC starts at 30k, an X5 starts at 53k. And its also very capable offroad and the WK2 chassis was something like 150% stiffer than WK1 which also has a version of jeeps uniframe. And its not a minivan platform it was a co-developed MB platform. As far a build quality WJ to

It looks like someone took a Viper and used it as a base for a Fauxarri kit car

Im just going to say it, the 599 is an ugly Ferrari

isuzu axiom

A Lancia Phedra, was an intern at chrysler and saw this thing with blue suede all over the damn place, I feel in love with the weirdness, the blue suede, peak through center dash and a diesel manual to boot!!!

works on a 240 so well because its two large rectangles with a few manufacturing nubs on them, but flat surface. I started doing it on road trips to prevent rock chips and then just stuck with it

i used clear packing tape on my volvo 240, worked fine and is very cheap

Koenigsegg... everything about them from the awesome doors to the old fighter squadron headquarters and Ghost logo.

as a mopar slappy I object to the hellcat spamming going on.... its making people sick of it and its not even all cool stories like "hey it goes 203 mph" or "check out this sweet burnout" .... its about cooking a burrito on a supercharger, its shameless. Furthermore the real feather in SRT engineers hats would be if
