Gen 1 ford escapes has a similar rack but from the back of the vehicle; nice thing was it could be “locked” in the open position and make a rack on you back hatch.
The advantage of gas is the temp change dose not effect range, its cold outside and you want to be warm, scavenge some heat of the engine. Its hot and you want to be cold, run a refrigerant pump (zaps a little bit of power) but in either case gasoline burns at nearly the same efficiency. Batteries on the other hand…
I was really expecting something more that I was unaware of from this than that he was a walk-on his first year because he want to get into izzo’s program. He may not be an NBA prospect but as I have seen other mention isn’t it likely he could play overseas? quick googling (I know...) says euro league can start as…
soo do you have to put a camera on the end of your trailer? bluetooth linked? magnetic? mounted?
sooo, just a regular Grand Cherokee, or Durango has 360 HP and 390 fl/lbs... and has had that for near a decade.... then you get to the 475hp versions that have been out for years.... then you have the jeep with 700 hp... i guess i just expected more power.
ill say it; its 2018, its a McLaren, it has 1000 HP, it designed for top speed, and it ONLY is going to go 243mph? the F1 did basically the same speed with 300 less HP over 20 years ago...
i generally hate the thought of “co-developed” cars... it seems so lazy. That being said the latest examples I can recall (the Fiata, and the Toyobaru) I like all four versions... so i guess my head and my heart are conflicted, its a brave new world!
I rented a lime green Fiat Panda myself in Turin and drove it down to the coast and through mountain roads and tunnels (oh god the tunnels) and I loved it!
While in college I applied for an internship for Chrysler LLC under Cerberus control and when I found out it was unpaid I declined in favor of a paid position, The next year under fiat control I applied again and jumped at the opportunity to work at the company my father had worked at for 30 years and retired from.
Fifth Gen Civic VX, 2000 lbs, 92 hp, manual trans, hatchback, 51 mpg
i assume significance due to the article, but was hoping for supporting arguments and comparable data weighted to avg. sales.
Good thing they didnt compare it to Subaru.... which also has all those features with “Eyesight”
in my mind the problem isnt a dealership in general, but that a dealership is a separate company than the car company. If an OEM was allowed to sell cars directly to a customer via their own dealerships we would (i think) be much happier consumers, and would for the most part be dealing with better informed sales…
as an automotive engineer this make me very mad... lots and lots of people work very hard to make a vehicle, and then we have to hand it off to a third party to sell it who may or may not know much about it... I drive myself crazy whenever I have to go to the dealer and have some “sales associate” try to man-splain me…
how much is this lunacy? (i love it) and im glad we live in an era where “i dont care what it costs make it the best it can be” is alive in the car world ex: Singer, Icon, even Koenigsegg to an extent

The story was too long to read for my pea brain, but im local to this hero, dose he have an inventory list I can look through? some way to contact him?
SRT products in general are not geared towards the people buying BMW’s or Merc’s, Jeep/Dodge SRT offerings are “new money” purchases. The type of people who are not buying a vehicle for its prestige but rather its boldness or it claims “MOST POWERFUL” “FASTEST” ect ect
alright... whats the a-hole in CTC taking pictures?!?! i know that floor when i see it! cut it out or there going to make all of us put those dumb stickers on our phone!
