Personally I think the guitar contrller failed because the companies making the games associated with them simply FLOODED the market with versions of product after product with the goal of getting you to buy the controllers instead of focusing on music distrubution and songs easily usable between versions without

Anyone want to bet Gamestop is going to see this and start using facial scanners to identify you and your purchase history real soon? THat way they can suggest 10 titles you can put a pre-order on that don't come out until somewhere between 6 months to 2 years from now?

I'm going to assume most of you haven't been in the military or police SWAT force to know that trying to talk a hostage taker/terrorist isn't just a matter of breaking down a door, popping a flash bang and shooting your opponent in the head. Standoffs can go for hours, negotiators trying to get the person to stop what

Yes it did, but how many people do you know who started gaming 9 years ago that understand morals?

If you want a tactical shooter only then play the MP part of the game. Leave the story alone.

Do I think it's right to add "privileged content" containing better weapons and armor? Maybe not, but look at it like this, If the US is going to go into battle are they going to bring the same weapons that the enemy has? No, they're going to bring the best the US has to offer, that's why we are a SUPERPOWER. But you

@Jason Rhoades: Here's a point your argument falls on, both games use the same physics engines from one game to the next. they add features and bump up polygons each game version. GT does not start from scratch with new code each version of the game as you seem to be inferring. Forza has 3 games, GT has 5, it's been

The US seems to believe that the only kind of war to make is a war of attrition. While the US is aware that sending in troops will cost human lives. But no country we are currently waging "war" on has the ability to face us in a battle waged primarily in the air. The likelihood of us going to war against a country

Ok, let's look at this from another standpoint. I rent my games from Gamefly. I refuse to deal with Gamestop with the exception of buying new games at all. If I have to pay an additional few bucks for "DLC" then I'd pay it. Gamestop is a cash cow not because they screw both ends of that cow (you and the publisher).

Has EA fixed the issue concerning your gamertag being linked to an inactive account? Can you now change this (your gamertag) and move it to a current account? The codes are a 1 time use thing. If your gamertag isn't on the correct EA account and you use it. You just burned your code to the DLC. In so far I can't see

@Salen: Where did you start this process of linking your gamertag to your current EA account?

I don't have much of a problem with this since other than the exception that EA has a 1 time use for those codes. If your Gamertag is NOT linked correctly to your registered EA account you just wasted that code and will not be able to use it again. You currently cannot unlink your gamertag if it's been attatched to a
