As a Vikings fan...the thing I hated most about the Cousins signing was that it closed the door on trying to bring Teddy back. I wanted so badly for the team to find a way to hold on to him, but they also needed someone reliable to add to a team that had just gone to the NFC Title game.

Yeah...the team picked the worst possible season to need a QB...and none of the options they had were anything but huge risks.  But that doesn’t excuse not taking a QB in the draft and letting Kyle Sloter go so that there is no option even to ‘test things out’...the team is stuck with Cousins.
