I was thinking that. As bad as teenage pregnancy is, Japan has a serious baby making problem. In the long run, a little irresponsibility might prove beneficial.

At least door-to-door salespeople sold you an actual product. Influencers do fuck all for society.

It’s debatable whether monkeys are sentient or not.

Hope for Bernie? Dude, I’m not even American. I really don’t give a shit who wins your elections.

Thank you for proving to me that you’ve been beaten. Flinging insults is an obvious sign that you have no argument.

I’m surprised some companies haven’t opted for the monkeys with typewriters method.

Just because someone criticizes capitalism, or even just an aspect of it, doesn’t mean they’re a communist. It’s hate filled, polarizing comments like this that have brought us to where we are now in the world. It’s not just black or white, there’s shades of grey.

In Alberta, Canada, we have entire phone based system called Health Link (dial 811) where you can ask medical questions at no charge.

And every lay-person seems to have the attitude of “I can use my computer, therefore I know computers and can fix it.” They’re dead wrong, of course, but it doesn’t stop them from thinking that.

To anyone questioning why they don’t just burn it up in Earth’s atmosphere, I highly recommend they play Kerbal Space Program. Teaches you a lot about orbital mechanics.

I’m not sure about peacocks, but many birds are very smart.

They didn’t dump kerosene on children. Kerosene boils away really quickly in the atmosphere and was little more than a mist by the time it got to the ground. It’s not like the kids had a bucket of kerosene poured over them. Lay off the hyperbole.

Dude... I’m in my 30's... I am most definitely not a boomer.

I still care about what they have to say. I don’t discount anyone’s opinion merely because of the generation they were born into.

But that’s dirty socialism. America loves its freedom.

Okay, so you can identify people of the boomer generation. That doesn’t mean there’s something inherently wrong with them or their opinions.

That’s not an argument...

I live in Canada. There are no domestic flights here cheaper than $500.

Aside from business travelers, whose companies pay for the fare, and the wealthy how the hell does anyone afford to fly multiple times a year?

In 2019 I only flew on 4 trips ( 12 flights total)
