It’s actually healthier to not shower every day. Showering all the time dries out your skin and damages your hair. A study I read recommended every other day at most, unless you actually need to wash off dirt/grime.

When I was young I ate pretty well the exact same thing for lunch almost every day for close to 15 years. Like they said in the article, the familiar is comforting.
