There basically is none, since piracy is something of a universal concept. They'd just use Japanese weapons, ships, etc. On that note, I'd love to see the King of Red Lions as a Japanese ship...

I agree that it needed to change directions, but think the direction they chose was wrong. Rather than turning it into an action flick, they should have made it a different brand of horror, instead of survival. In particular, they could have made it psychological or cosmic horror, since it already had those leanings.…

So now it's time to start asking questions. Is this sort of massive patching going to be the norm in this generation of gaming consoles? As game updates continue to get bigger, will ISPs feel more inclined to limit our bandwidth? Does anyone else get the feeling something bad is going to happen?

Did this guy get fired (no pun intended) or anything? I mean, I'm all for video games, but I'd like to think he would get punished for causing his employer tons of money in property damage through negligence.

Why pretend to be surprised? Every time Nintendo releases a game with the word "Pokemon" in it, handheld sales skyrocket. Of course it would happen with the 3DS too. ;)
