Depends on the area. I mention California as an ebike standard because states are starting to adapt their system of classification though. Which is very nice. 

It really depends on the ebike in question. European compliant ebikes have no throttle and are very slow, with low power of 250 watts. Meanwhile California compliant ebikes have throttles and can have a motor of upto 750 watts, and a max speed of 25mph. As for the weather, I ride mine in Detroit in all conditions…

We’re looking at changing our lease, that’s about it though. Our lease is up soon on the bigass truck, and we want to swap to something smaller.
