@StevieY19: I think it depends on the sport. I played for many years in a Co-ed touch football league where a girls' touchdown counted for 7 points vs. 6 for the guys. Obviously it's not quite the same, but it does incentivize keeping the girls involved more.

@Juancho: @Juancho: I don't think he's truly a HOF. I think he deserves to have his number retired in Denver, and maybe in the ATL, (though, I don't remember how long he was there). But, in the long run, I think he deserves the same kind of treatment we'll give Z here when he retires: the team Ring of Fame, retired…
