I try not to bitch too much about content on here but this is a pretty poor article, even for a blog. Amazon, Dropbox, Tresorit, and Box completely disregarded even though they are big players in this field.

I use OwnCloud if you have time to setup a home server. And you don’t have to pay a dime. Been up and running since 2 years without a hitch!

You left out Dropbox and Amazon.

Came here to throw my hat in the ring for Inoreader, I tried all of the others and hated them. Nobody mentioned InoReader, would have saved me a lot of stress looking for a replacement.

Another big thumbs up for Inoreader. Replaced everything I loved about Google Reader. For those who say Feedly (or whatever else) isn’t the same, give Inoreader a try!

I’m still mourning for Google Reader. After trying Feedly, The Old Reader, and Inoreader, I’m currently settled on Inoreader as it allows the most number of feeds (hopefully I don’t get jinxed like my previous experience with The Old Reader) not to mention the Android app is quite neat.

Here’s my list.

I used Relay for reddit. Dat Material Design!

Pipes was literally the only reason for using Yahoo and keeping my old Yahoo login. It was the only thing (IMHO) they did did right. Any good alternative recommendations?

I don't like this post... I can live without these 8 things, but I think my life is better for most of them.
