Gotta love those Amazon links. Turning commenters into advertisers. (Your in-line links are fine, it's the way Kinja turns your links into ads that's meh)

Considering coveralls (overalls only have the straps up top) are still in use by militaries and astronauts around the world, it's not surprising that they haven't really gone "out of fashion" for basic scifi films.
He also looks very similar to the Old Republic Solo-expy, Atton Rand.
So we're all in agreement that this is what this guy saw when he went through the door, right?
You know, the basic premise, a corporation kidnapping a cop to make a new product, is actually very interesting, and would be fun to explore further, but it's the fact that the concept is slapped with the Robocop name that's the problem. They're separate things, and the ideas, beyond involving a robocop, are basically…
Actually, that would be great casting because Fassbender looks vaguely similar to Ewan McGregor, nephew of the original Wedge.
They cut the gif off before the best part, where his eyebrow just slowly raises after that chunk hits him, and the rest of his face stays passive.
Because bipedal robots are insanely difficult to balance properly. Compare Boston Dynamics' ATLAS and Big Dog. The latter is a far better design.
It is leather. I think the only metal armor Samuel has ever made was a set of brass pauldrons for Zelda.
Totally right about the breastplates, the coverage really is the same. But having a covered back and legs is nice for 21 man pileups.
The difference is that on all NY AR-15s, the mag release button requires a special pin to be pressed in first. So you still have to reload every 10 rounds and you still have to fiddle with that pain in the ass mag release, meaning that this magazine isn't going to show up in any mass shootings. It's just for fun at…
Oh man, if I had $5000 I would do this right now. They tied together three ARs on that dumb Sons of Guns show, five should be no big deal. It's just ejecting it and putting in a new mag that's the real issue.
It's for having fun at the range, you doofus.
Well, that's why it says it's based on Ruger 10/22 technology. Ruger took the idea from people taping mags together and just made a center piece that's on right-side up half of a mag and one upside down half of a mag molded together.
The reason this exists is for defense against bears and boars if you run out of ammo on your hunting rifle or the animal in question gets too close for you to use your rifle. My grandpa owns a longer barreled S&W .460 for the express purpose of protecting himself against boars and it does the job quite beautifully.
Beautiful build. Love the color on your stock.
I disagree with you because the corporations and the government have already made it so that dissenting opinions will be erased in the near future. They tried to once through TV and radio and failed, and now they're trying again by giving corporations free rights to form oligopolies (illegal under the Anti Trust Act)…
Because jousting with a distaff is one of the absolute dumbest things you can do, and distaffs were commonly used by women for spinning. Also, given that they have on gowns instead of armor, you can probably put two and two together. And I'm not even a feminist.
Uh, fyi, Samantha's wearing basic sweatpants from Malaysia (they only cost $30 including shipping if you're in the US) and she uses a fencing helmet in the tournaments, because it's not high speed bohurt, just longsword fencing. Same point system and everything, just a different blade and moveset.
For fantasy works, this is definitely a great armor design because of that slight curve, but it's about as historically inaccurate as you can get while still having functional armor.
