Victor K2 was pretty ugly:

That’s what happens when you decide that every general utility vehicle in the Army has to have better armor than a WW2 tank.

The US State department also has a weird little air force of it’s own with some very interesting planes.

Yeah, so you tried to troll your local Nissan dealer, and they trolled you instead.

Well, better than decaying in a museum, in a way.

Great event, great cars!

I’ve got a a Disco 2 I inherited from my brother. Unfortunately (fortunately) it’s an automatic, or I would fall in love with it. It has the standard English problems, water leaks in and oil and electricity leak out. Currently needs a new computer, shopping used since LR wants $3200 for a new one... About half of the

No, Nissan’s problem is that they had to merge with Renault to survive, and now their quality control has gone to crap. They used to make great cars, now most of them are poorly-assembled, early rusting, head-gasket blowing junk. It’s truly a shame.

This scumbag was completely ineffectual, so that sort of defeats the hype about how people shouldn’t have access to all these purportedly “scary” things, because they are too dangerous.

It doesn’t eliminate all fuel costs in any way, shape, or form. It just moves the “fuel” off the aircraft and uses a battery that is essentially indistinguishable from a fuel tank, except that it takes longer to re-fill.

You went 40 on the interstate between Trenton and Philly!?

Well, it almost has to be bettter than the Sprinter. Not impressed with the new Ram Promaster, Ford Transit, or whatever that Nissan thing is called either, so maybe this will be a good van.

Of course Alfa is not going to become a major luxury brand in America, it’s silly to even consider it. All they have going for them is quirkiness, passion, and a history most people never knew or have forgotten. What they don’t have is a reputation for quality or reliability. Americans drive their cars a lot, and they

Plenty of times in the distant past. You know there used to be a reducing atmosphere here, for example, right?

Aside from scarcity breeding scarcity, there is the issue that the 390s have a terrible reputation for oiling problems leading to spun bearings and thrown rods. Seems like it was some kind of QC problem back in the day, some of them were rock solid, some of them would blow up in an endless serial manner every time you

It’s “bated” breath, like “abatement”, like you are holding your breath.

Impressive.

Every full-size gas powered pickup. You can only get a standard on the HD diesel ones. It's madness.

Towing another Kei-sized box is a pretty decent way to make these things approach useful size.

The diesels from that era are especially ridiculous, 500,000 miles is easily attainable.
