Great suggestion, but I would say keep the same engine in all models to reduce manufacturing costs. As far as power goes, 250 should be enough if you are aiming for 250hp. 300 if you are going over 3000lbs.

Definitely Florida plates, GA plates have black lettering at the bottom denoting the County. FL plates have green letters at the bottom.
