After reading the comments. I have to conclude that a lot of people are just purists, hurt over what this car represents.

I don't think it's a great AWD system, but I believe it's a nice one considering it basically turns the car into RWD at high speeds. That being said, I do think that it should have been a proper AWD system.

Regarding the front end, I love it. Then again, I am a Genesis owner and both cars share the same nose. It's one of those "love it or hate it" things. More importantly, it makes people talk about the car.

I don't get all the Kia hate going on. Sure it may look similar to other models in the same segment, but you would be hard pressed to find cars that look extremely different. Agree. I am a Hyundai owner so it may come out as bias, but I really like the quirky little thing. Personally, I am glad that Hyundai took a chance to build it, I wouldn't mind owning one.

The only reason I can figure why they put the optional is because if people go to fast they might might hit/scrape the side of the bridge because it's a bit tight, that and possibly make people pay attention to other drivers trying to take an exit.
