Eh, you’ve lost me again. Yes, I’m sure those karts could be faster on a technical track that has tight narrow corners and no straights longer than a few metres, but that’s not saying much. You could beat an F1 car around a track with a wheelbarrow if you made it narrow enough and twisty enough...

Holy shit that was complicated. Assuming it is actually good for your back if you do it exactly as he says (going to need some evidence that this guy isn’t full of shit before I believe that) I guarantee that I would not be doing it exactly right if I tried to do it on my own, and would just end up causing problems

Alright, I think you have me convinced and I understand now. It’s not that those karts are tougher on the driver’s bodies due to the high performance of the karts. It’s through the lack of suspension and the lack of support for the driver that you have more regular injuries in those karts, hence why you say they’re

Alright, so tougher in terms of less comfortable. But certainly not higher g-forces or anything, which is what I found totally unbelievable (rightly so I think).

I’ve raced go karts that are tougher on your body than formula ones.

“How far is Glasgow?”

It’s not Sanders’ nor his followers fault if the chosen Democratic Party candidate only appeals to rank and file Democratic Party members. He isn’t running as a third party candidate in the general election thus there is no comparison between him and Nader or Perot. The closest corollary would be Clinton herself in

Anyone who thinks the superdelegates will flip to award the nomination to the clear loser is engaging in a fascist fantasy

She’s admitted it many times in interviews. She’s a roll-up your sleeves and get to work type of person.

Now that I see that article I remember having read it at the time.

Really? I thought the rule change came somewhere around Monaco 2015. Oh well.

How is the FIA proven wrong? I don’t know the reason why they made that rule change, so if it was because they didn’t think 17 year olds are capable of driving in F1 then yes, they’re wrong.

They’re entitled to that opinion, and I pretty much agree with them. So do Martin Brundle, Niki Lauda, Lewis Hamilton, and I’m sure many other Formula One drivers as well.

Metric is better at measurement for calculations in particular. It sucks at temperature measurement however. Fahrenheit is better there, but Kelvin is preferred over both (by scientists at least).

I fucking hate cunts like this. If you want to speed or drive like an asshole, fine. But don’t get mad when you come across someone obeying the law, and blame them for reacting unpredictably when you approach them at too high a speed. Have the decency to understand that it’s you who is in the wrong.

I don’t have any particular disdain for this guy, it’s his right to have that opinion and I don’t see it as something to get outraged over. I think he’s a bit inaccurate in a few places though.

Obviously my reply was hyperbolic, but the comment I was replying to was ridiculously condescending and disingenuous. Nobody is going to be screwed for life because they donated 50 bucks or so to Bernie’s campaign. It’s certainly not “obscene” that working class people are donating to it.

Thank you, finally a comment pointing this out. I’ve been reading through the comments on this article for probably an hour, and they are mostly disgusting.

Way to miss the point horrendously.

He has said on multiple occasions that he disagrees with how things like the caucuses work.
