The precision he's got with the right pad, for Portal, looks really good. Once I got over how weird the controller looks, I now see how it could be pretty amazing.

I don't understand, all the students know what's being asked of them is unreasonable. Why don't they just collectively say no?

They assumed he was at a friend's house, because they didn't know where their child with behavioural issues was...

There's definitely videos on YouTube of bullying, but this doesn't seem like it. The first video was a guy gently teasing a kid, and the kid was throwing a tantrum. The guy was even making up for it straight away. The second video was a bunch of kids, the youngest of which was just complaining and being a brat. There

I don't care that this is four years old, it sounds like you're advocating directing out of control anger at men. Your logic of "feeling angry and don't know why -> read radical feminist material -> it must have been the men's fault all along" is disturbing to me.

Bring the 'za?

I don't mean it like that. I'm saying I don't think they care.

I don't think the audience wants it. I think they just say they do on an online poll because they think it's funny.

I'm sure nobody would have given a shit if Crytek has just gone with normal looking soldiers of both sexes.

I used to be no fun at parties, because I also hated child actors.

I get about your 48Gbps figure if I assume uncompressed video with 16 bits per pixel. But why on earth would you expect things to be done that way?

Ask anyone working on the game and they'll tell you that sorting out their own dedicated servers wasn't something they were really prepared to do. The Xbox Live Cloud allows Respawn to have cheap dedicated servers for Titanfall across the world, without them having to manage them at all.

Something to think about, is when was the last big shooter that had really fluid controls and solid, bug-free gameplay? A really polished, quality shooter?

Ok, I actually missed that you said "That doesn't excuse an overreaction, but it does make it understandable". So sorry about that.

For the first point, the OP says that: "Trans-people get no respect. None at all." I have to disagree with that, because in some spaces they get more than just respect. Blogs like Kotaku are an example. The comments are another matter entirely, but in terms of articles, Kotaku has never done anything but bring

Anything to make the person who is "normal" at fault, right?

No, if there's anything to be taken from this incident, it's that blogs like Kotaku assume a transgendered person can do no wrong and present completely one-sided stories in support of such people even if it turns out they're complete liars.

I almost addressed that in my first comment because I knew it was the first thing people would say, but I couldn't be bothered.

I don't know how their 360 version looked so reasonable. I've been playing the beta and for me the graphics on 360 are unacceptably bad. A really big problem is the occlusion culling where massive buildings, or objects just a few dozen metres away, are left unrendered when they're only half (or less) obscured by
