It's Jim from the office! I wonder how this fits into a prank on Dwight
Wait, how do we know that the owner said perhaps Zhao downloaded a virus? The article is written like there was a witness to the whole thing, who has explained what went down. But the wife was killed as well?
Wow. How dare you post a negative opinion? And how dare you justify your opinions using actual first-hand experience?
Because the people who are opposed are morons. It's a waste of money? There have been studies done already? Both wrong. $10,000,000 in research (which I believe is the amount to be spent) is fuck all for a country like the US, and as Kotaku themselves have reported, the existing studies on video games and violence are…
I think most commenters are fucking retarded. I'm pretty sure they're relying on Kotaku as their source of news, because on all of these "Biden and video games" articles I see people acting like video games were the only thing being looked at during this effort.
That's exactly what the outcome should have been. You do realise that video games weren't the only thing the task force was looking at, don't you? They were a small aspect of the overall look at gun violence.
Video games are not the only target. Are you getting your news from Kotaku? Of course Kotaku is only talking about the game related things. Aside from being blamed by the NRA, video games are a pretty minor aspect of this discussion.
Pretty nice sweep farting. It's a shame there were no big bassy blasts though.
All I see is "XO" and "XOL". I feel like the "box" needs to be a "B".
Don't know if that big warning to read the entire thing is necessary. I think just about everyone who is normally pissed off, and has knee-jerk reactions about these topics, will actually agree with what she's saying.
I was going to post something, but yeah. Sick of this shit. There is sexism in the games industry, we know. But it's also fucking enraging that every man involved in the industry is blamed for the lack of women and is automatically sexist.
She made it clear she wasn't denying that sexism exists.
All much bigger games first of all. Two of them are open-world with plenty of room for expansion by fans, and if you're talking about Halo CE then the majority of modding of that was for multiplayer.
Modding huge open world RPGs is completely different, there's plenty of room for things like new weapons, spells, enemies, NPCs, quests. Not to mention the audience for Elder Scrolls games is (at a conservative guess) over five times that of Alan Wake.
Really? I just don't get that there would be a demand for mod tools for this game in the first place. Isn't it like an episodic horror game? Unless you're capable of making a really good fan-made addition to its story, why would you want mod tools? To change the flash light?
I haven't played this game, but I didn't think it was the sort of thing you would want to mod. Isn't it a very specific kind of single player game? Why would you want to mod that?
The one I watched is, as far as I know, the original one which started this whole thing "The Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed"

Ok, well thank goodness for that. But by the way, I watched the whole goddamn half-hour video on the "hoax". I gave them more time than they deserve before I started calling them out for being insane.
