Why are you reading this blog?

If you have time read Frankie's section of the update. It's just confirming even more how much effort they've put into this game, I'm really looking forward to it. What's great is they've apparently already been in bug-smashing mode for a while, so the game should be really polished.

I think that's a danger though. If you folded NASA into the DoD, then based on the spending at the moment (I think 0.5% vs 24%), what would probably happen is the DoD would just say "fuck it", take that little bit of NASA money and just give it to somewhere else in the Defense Department. I doubt they'd be generous

We do stuff like the Mars Rover because we can. (And because it furthers humanity - but really are we doing that for any reason other than "because we can"?)

I am going to destroy the minesweeper achievements. 142 seconds is my best for advanced. Oh yeah.

Indeed, as is yours

Maybe I'm being dumb for not realising this, but if other people are wondering why the images have curved edges it's because they've been altered to remove the effect of the wide angle lens.

Only if memory is the problem. If you want a new GPU then it would surely mean you have to pay twice as much, because you're buying a new CPU as well.

Exactly, but that's if we even last that long. Overpopulation and using up resources would come first.

There's going to be 1600x1200 colour photos in (I think) a few days:

"the body warms up the raw fish and salmonella can be a problem"

Videocard with the processor?

Curiosity is a rover

Isn't his name Wallace Breen?

No I wouldn't.

Noooooope.

I'm surprised that thinking about switching the lever without actually doing it gives basically the same result to the sensors.

Is "modern culture" an actual archaeological term, or is it a weird way of referring to when people began using tools etc?

Yeah, that's pretty similar to what I think might be the case as well

Who are you, and why do you keep saying that?
