Hahaha, that’s exactly what I thought.
They were a race as a joke in an April Fool’s gag. People thought it would be kinda funny to include him as an actual hero after the fanbase bought into it. It wasn’t a whole race, it was ONE mercenary hero you could buy on some maps: Chen Stormbrew.
