Okay, I read the article, knew it was about lady PIRATES...but when I watched the video, and it flashed Lady PIRATES, my mind processed: Lady PARTS.
@PuppetDoctor: I'm sure there are larger companies with heftier "shrink" percentages on physical goods. It is BS, but, personally, I think XBox Live is just as much of a money-grab as Capcom's current antics.
@HatchC2: I suppose that makes sense, but why not just turn off the online multiplayer instead of hamstringing the entire game...that seems a bit harsh, especially if my cable is out during a storm but I still have power. I'll play Final Fight!!! Oops, no I fuckin' won't!
@PuppetDoctor: But is that really something bad? I mean, I paid for it, I choose to share with you and some other friends, and vice versa...I'm not seeing this as piracy when it was paid for, especially if I'm not asking for monetary compensation after already paying for it.
I don't understand this "sharing" comment. When you purchase something from PSN doesn't it say you can download it up to five times on other consoles? Don't they have sharing BUILT in? I'm confused. I was pretty excited for this, but I can't say I'm too sure I want to get it if that's the route they're going. …
@jack2pot: Own it, and that was exactly what I thought! ;)
@psyph3r: Despite being kind of short, I loved that puzzle!
So, can someone who played the original or the wii-port update me on S+P? I know it's a shooter, but why is it so revered? I've thought of buying the VC version, but I hate shooting in the dark...so to speak.
@bowen13: Quality Assurance would be the technical term, but yes, that's the gist of it.
@Rovient: You do realize you are on teh Webz, right?
I wish I could see the mo-cap performance for that. Blue leotard and ping pong balls and all!
@vidhagans: I'm holding you to it. If that thing disappears, I'm hunting you down. I have your dental records now.
Can I keep the Liger I got today? You know it's renowned for it's magical powers!
@Gyaruson 2.0: Mario's never really been about full-tilt speed and halfpipes were Sonic has. True enough, especially in Sunshine, there have been downhill stages, but the first thing that popped in my head with that tube running was Sonic.
@Dayvan Cowboy: It satisfies my mid-day level-grinding cravings. I swear, leveling up is the only thing I'm interested in on there, I don't buy crap or try to recruit my friends, I just do jobs and rob until I'm out of energy. Usually about the same amount of time as my break.
I "play" this sheerly out of boredom and put hardly any effort into it while on break at work. I got a Wild Stallion today.
@Poxuz: Sonic 4 might be the next best thing, but Team Sonic hasn't produced a good quality title since, what? 3 when Knuckles showed up? and even then that might have been a bit much. Mario has had more success with the layering, Sonic just seems to keep getting mired in the experience versus being enriched.
Totally dig the Sonic 3D stage and the side-scrolling platform level there. And the guide is Rosalina, silly!
@jeangrae: We still do today. Where I live in Tulsa, OK, I have two strip clubs within a mile of my house (in a decent neighborhood, mind you!), and at least three or more suspect "massage" parlors. Nothing changes, friend, just the clothes on our backs.
