It all about what the car manufacturers wanted for licensing rights imo or if they would at all.

This, imo, is because they have to pay for the rights for each car.  The rights also only last for a set # of years (why you cant buy Forza 7 anymore).  I assume many of the same cars because they know what they gonna have to pay for them already and they know those manufacturers are already on board to license out…

I think you get a some more cars up front and then some more down the line as time goes by.  I was a bit salty on the 100 bucks but then saw it said it comes with the later xpacs, and I want to play tonight, so I got it.

For me thats a trade off.  Yes they toss it all at ya.  I dont think it ever actually stops with the cycling of seasons and events.  This allows for multiple things for people to do at a time. So it should feel like it extends the content.  I get what you are saying though for sure.  It all feels cluttered at times…

I wish it gave more info on what I think I wanted want to know. Is wheel support and physics better, have they added outputting of telemetrics.

Really dont have to be a car person to enjoy imo.  I recently got hooked into driving games (also flight sim).  Spent a load of cash on a cockpit, wheel, pedals, flight yoke, flight throttle, and rudder pedals recently.  I think im addicted :)

I own it.  Hated it.....until......i pirated it (again I own it on the switch) for the pc emulator which had a setting to make durability x5.  Game was great at that point.
